Customer terms

These terms apply when you buy a Jeevan Wellness digital product. Last updated 20 September 2026.

In short: our products are digital downloads for personal use. Please check the description and device compatibility before buying. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Who we are

Jeevan Wellness is a trading brand of Thandi Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17464060. Contact us at jeevanwellness@thandicollective.co.uk. Our registered company details are available on Companies House.

2. The products

Products are supplied digitally, usually as PDF or ZIP files. They are reflective wellbeing tools and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Product descriptions explain what is included. Colours and appearance can vary by screen or printer.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Before paying, you can review your basket and total. Payment is processed securely by PayPal and may include PayPal, eligible debit or credit cards, and Apple Pay where available. A contract forms when payment is successfully completed and we confirm the order.

4. Immediate digital delivery

At checkout you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once downloading begins, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content. We record that consent. This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

5. Download access

A private download page is provided after payment. The secure link is intended for the purchaser and normally expires after seven days, so files should be saved promptly. If a valid link fails, contact support with the PayPal order number.

6. Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal use. You may print a reasonable number of copies for yourself. You must not resell, share, redistribute, upload, reproduce for commercial use or claim the content as your own.

7. Problems and refunds

Please see our digital returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability and law

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
