Digital returns & refunds

We want every download to match its description and work as promised. Last updated 20 September 2026.

Your statutory rights remain protected. If digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied, contact us and we will put it right.

Changing your mind

Digital content normally has a 14-day cancellation period. If you expressly ask us to provide it immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once downloading begins, that right ends when the download starts. The checkout asks for this consent separately before payment.

Faulty or missing content

If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or will not open in a reasonably compatible PDF or ZIP application, email us. We may provide a replacement file, repair the issue, reduce the price or refund where required by law.

How to ask for help

Email jeevanwellness@thandicollective.co.uk with your PayPal order number, the product name and a brief description of the problem. Do not email card details. We aim to reply within five working days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. PayPal or your card provider controls the time taken for funds to appear after a refund is issued.
